Georgi Gospodinov

Georgi Gospodinov is the author of Natural Novel, The Physics of Sorrow and Time Shelter among many other books. He is a winner of the Premio Strega Europeo (2021), the Central European Angelus Award (2019), the Jan Michalski Prize (2016), etc. His books are translated in more than 25 languages. His recent novel, Time Shelter, was published in more than fifteen countries, among them UK (W&N), France (Gallimard), US (Liveright/Norton) etc. ‘Could not be more timely… A writer of great warmth as well as skill’ (Guardian). In 2022, the novel was Guardian, Financial Times and New Yorker book of the year.
